Advanced Aluminum Materials Engineered for Structural Performance

Ranging from traditional cast aluminum alloys and 6061 wrought aluminum to our proprietary high-strength aluminum alloy systems, we integrate materials, forming processes, heat treatment, and machining into a comprehensive manufacturing solution.

Compared to squeeze casting, the independently developed integrated casting-forging process offers a wider range of alloy compatibility—accommodating casting aluminum alloys, wrought aluminum alloys, and magnesium alloys—and overcomes challenges such as the cracking of wrought aluminum alloys under casting conditions.

Proven Aluminum Material Systems

01 — 6061 Wrought Aluminum Alloy

High Strength · Heat Treatable · Structural Applications

6061 is widely used for structural components requiring a balance of strength, toughness, corrosion resistance and machinability.
Through our integrated casting-forging process, complex components traditionally machined from 6061 plate or billet can potentially be produced closer to final geometry, significantly reducing material waste and machining time.

02 — ZL101A Casting Aluminum Alloy

Automotive Casting Alloy · T6 Heat Treatable · Enhanced Mechanical Performance

ZL101A is a proven aluminum casting alloy used in automotive and structural applications.
Our integrated casting-forging process applies controlled pressure and deformation during forming and solidification, helping improve internal density and mechanical performance compared with conventional casting routes.

03 — 205《AM5》 High-Strength Aluminum System

High Strength · Reinforced Structures · Demanding Load-Bearing Applications

For components requiring higher localized strength or complex load-bearing performance, we have developed and applied an AM5 high-strength aluminum material system together with embedded reinforcement and integrated forming technology.

The system has been used in prototype and validation programs involving automotive hubs, steering knuckles, control arms and specialized structural housings.

Material Performance Is Engineered Through the Process

Alloy

Material composition determines the fundamental strength, ductility, corrosion resistance and heat-treatment response.

Integrated Forming

Controlled filling, solidification and forging pressure improve material density and structural integrity.

Heat Treatment

T6 and application-specific heat-treatment routes can be developed to achieve the required mechanical-property balance.

Local Reinforcement

Critical load-bearing areas can be strengthened through structural design, controlled deformation or embedded reinforcement.

We do not simply select an aluminum alloy.

We engineer the material + forming + heat treatment + structure as one system.
